* The Institute for Modern Art Nuremberg (founded in 1967) is an information and documentation center for contemporary art, supported by the Free State of Bavaria, the District of Middle Franconia, the City of Nuremberg and private members. The tasks of the institute are the maintenance of an archive for German and international contemporary art, the conception and realization of exhibitions as well as the issuing of publications on contemporary art.

* Das Institut für moderne Kunst Nürnberg (1967 gegründet) ist ein Informations- und Dokumentationszentrum für zeitgenössische Kunst, das vom Freistaat Bayern, dem Bezirk Mittelfranken, der Stadt Nürnberg und privaten Mitgliedern getragen wird. Aufgaben des Instituts sind die Pflege eines Archivs für deutsche und internationale Kunst der Gegenwart, die Konzeption und Durchführung von Ausstellungen sowie die Herausgabe von Publikationen zur zeitgenössischen
Kunst.
